WEDNESBURY
STORYTELLING CAFÉ
Wednesbury is in an area known as The Black Country to the west of Birmingham. In the past it was an area of heavy industry but much of that has now gone. The Storytelling Café is held in the fine redbrick built 100 years ago and our events attract audiences of up to 120.
In March 2009 Storytelling Café will have been there for 10 years and during that time we have presented the best storytellers in the British Isles and many international tellers.
Storytelling Café is part of a range of activities run by the Traditional Arts Team.
